These terms cover your use of this website and the introduction service it provides. Please read the section on our role carefully — it explains who actually carries out the cleaning.

Our role — an introduction platform
GreenClean.es is a marketing and introduction platform. We advertise cleaning services, collect enquiries and introduce those enquiries to independent cleaning professionals who operate their own businesses.
GreenClean.es does not itself carry out cleaning work, does not employ the cleaning professionals, and is not a party to the service contract. Any cleaning work is agreed and performed directly between you and the independent professional, and the contract for that work is between the two of you.
The independent professionals
Each professional is self-employed, sets their own working methods, uses their own equipment and materials, and is solely responsible for the quality, safety and completion of their work.
Each professional is solely responsible for their own insurance, licences, tax and social-security obligations. We do not warrant, guarantee or certify any professional’s insurance cover, qualifications or work. If insurance matters to you, please ask the professional directly for evidence before work begins.
Quotes & prices
Prices shown on this site are indicative guide prices only. They are not an offer and are not binding. Any final price is agreed directly between you and the independent professional.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenClean.es accepts no liability for any act or omission of an independent professional, or for any loss, damage, injury, delay, defective or incomplete work, or property damage arising from cleaning work arranged through this site. Claims in relation to the work must be raised with the professional who carried it out.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish law are not affected.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us as well as the professional — hola@greenclean.es. We can’t accept legal responsibility for the work, but we want to know, and we will stop introducing work to professionals who do not meet the standard we expect.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or submit false or other people’s details without permission.
Content & intellectual property
The text, design, logo and images here belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some photography is licensed stock used to illustrate services.
No warranties (website)
We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we provide it "as is" and can’t guarantee it’s error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself.
Links
The site may link to other services (e.g. WhatsApp, maps). We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Law
