Who we are

GreenClean.es ("we", "us") runs this website to offer cleaning and property-maintenance services on the Costa del Sol, Spain. We are the data controller for personal data you share here.

This is currently an early-stage site used mainly to take enquiries while the service launches. We still handle every detail you give us lawfully and carefully. For any privacy question, contact us at hola@greenclean.es.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data:

• Enquiry & quote forms and the chat assistant: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, area, the service you’re interested in and any message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Automatically, and only with your consent: anonymised analytics data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate region) via Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free quote — on the basis of your consent and steps taken at your request before any contract.
• To send occasional care tips, if you sign up — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw any time.
• To keep the site secure and understand how it’s used — on the basis of consent for analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in a working website.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") who only act on our instructions:

• Google — Google Analytics (website measurement) and Google Workspace / Sheets, where website enquiries may be stored.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Meta (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Some of these providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. the USA); such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards like the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, then delete them. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD) you can:

• Access the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Restrict or object to processing, and ask for your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect processing already carried out).
• To exercise any of these, email hola@greenclean.es. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We use minimal cookies and analytics only with your consent — see our Cookie Policy for the detail and to change your choice.

Security & children

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No website is 100% secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum. This site isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
